Reflections from the Moon
I wasn’t the numbers girl.
Math and formulas never held much appeal. From the very beginning, I was the creative one… the kid who made collages, who saw stories in textures and colors, and who found magic in making something out of nothing.
I studied fashion because it felt like a natural language, a way to tell stories without words, through fabric, movement, and form. Fashion sharpened my eye and taught me rhythm, space, and beauty in a way that still shapes everything I do.
But my path wasn’t always straight. The life of a creative is often a hustle and for me, that hustle came with a never-ending nomadic rhythm. Moving, adapting, meeting incredible people along the way,
each one left a mark and taught me something new about
design, culture, and connection.
One of the most important influences in my life was my pappou, Antonios the heart and backbone of our family. Like many Canadians of Greek heritage, he left his home to take risks, working tirelessly from a young age to build a foundation for the family to grow. Behind every successful man is a strong woman, and my gramma was that quiet force, holding everything together with grace and strength. We may spring up in different places, but our roots are connected. This is an ode to all our ancestors. Our intention is to honor where we come from with love, so we can heal and move forward together.
Before launching 20A DSGN, I spent years working within established creative teams, leading projects, and shaping brands across diverse industries. Those experiences gave me invaluable insight into what truly makes a brand succeed: collaboration, purpose, and honoring the story behind every project.
Today, through 20A DSGN, I bring all those threads together… my early creative spark, the lessons from a life on the move, the wisdom from my ROOTS, and the deep respect for every story I get to help tell.
